Each room has a/c, a private bath, refrigerator, hot and cold water, and many other amenities for your holiday enjoyment.

Two beachfront rooms have two twin beds, remaining beachfront rooms have a king size bed. Beachrear rooms have one queen size bed and a full size bed.

Beds in the Tropical Yard rooms vary from twin beds up to two queen size beds in family rooms

Deposits: Unless otherwise stated, we require a 3 day deposit to secure all reservations which is only refundable if 28 days notice of cancellation is received by hotel. If all or any nights of the reservation are cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable for any 3 nights of the reservation unsold by the hotel. For December 20 to January 5, we requere full pre-payment to secure reservation and a 45 days notice of cancellation. By shorter notice, refund only on nights resold.
We will allow penalty-free cancellations related to the outbreak of war or certain terrorist attacks - within 30 days of such an event. Guests will be able to postpone their plans for up to 1 year from the original arrival date. We certainly will also evaluate every individual cancellation with the utmost consideration, to assure that guests do not suffer financially if these events should occur.
